• Provision of independent expert opinions including preparation of reports for arbitration, litigation and adjudication
• Technical review and analysis of engineering disputes including assessment of causation, liability, damages and workmanship issues
• Participation in dispute resolution processes including joint expert meetings, preparation of joint statements and expert witness testimony in court or arbitration proceedings
